I was able to reproduce on upgrading w32 Domino 8.5 to w32 Domino 8.5.1

Running setup the second time clears up DEP messages indeed. I will research what might cause this behavior.
The problem seem to be with upgrade (I didn't have DEP warnings if I uninstalled the 8.5 first and then installed 8.5.1 "clean").
I will be testing this for w64 upgrades as well.
